Looking at the dashboard
The dashboard displays information on backup, archive, full dump and import activities for one of 3 possible time periods:
24 hours
Calculated as the last 24 hours up to the current time. For example, when looking at the dashboard on Tuesday at 8:30 in the morning, the data displayed covers all the activities that were executed between 8:30 AM Monday and 8:30 AM Tuesday.
3 days
Calculated as the last full 3 days plus the time that has passed since then. For example, when looking at the dashboard on Monday morning at 9:00 AM, the data displayed will cover all the activities that were executed since Thursday at midnight, including 3 full days: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, as well as the 9 hours that have passed since Sunday at midnight.
1 week
Calculated the same way as the 3-day period, but for 7 days.
The displayed data is divided into 3 sections:
- 1.Aggregated data for the activities executed during the selected time period.
- 2.The overall cloud space occupied by policies run by this server, unrelated to the chosen time period.
- 3.A detailed list of the activities executed during the selected time period. By default, the activities are sorted by time in descending order. Each column can be used for sorting, the sort icon is visible when clicking the column name.
